About Us

I am a compassionate health practitioner with an integrative approach to healing using holistic counseling and yoga. I work with clients to bring about positive physical, emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and spiritual change. When working with people I aim to see, feel, and respect the whole individual. I draw on mindfulness, somatic therapy and yoga to help clients move through challenges and discover their true potential. When supporting people, I strive to be conscious of the ways systemic oppression and marginalization affect the health of people and communities. I believe that YOU are the expert on your life and through this work you will discover new and healthier ways of being.

I offer small group and private individual yoga and meditation clasess. Additionally, I work with people individually providing holistic mental health counseling.
