PAINTING EXPLORATIONS

WEDNESDAYS, 4:00-5:30PM
6 weeks; April 24 – May 29 (makeup if RTA cancels a class: 6/5)

In this class, young artists will learn painting techniques to help them feel successful with a brush in their hands. They’ll explore color and shape to help them discover their individual artistic styles. Experiment with color mixing, creating texture, as well as choosing materials. Artists will learn how to use their new skills to continue making art far into the future! Students will work on various surfaces including canvases, rocks, traditional paper, and more!
