The Daily Sweat, opening summer 2019 is hosting a FREE pop up class at Lafayette Park for all levels. Join us for yoga, barre, sunshine and community. Barre is a class designed to tone and sculpt muscles, at the park we'll focus on balance as well since we won't have the barre! The second half of class will be vinyasa based and focus on the unity of breath and movement as you flow through yoga positioning.
Wear any athletic attire you feel comfortable in. Bring a yoga mat and water.
