On Sunday, September 10, at 4:00 p.m. at Kennebunk Baptist Church, 77 Main Street in Kennebunk, organist “Maestro” Warren King and virtuoso trumpeter Thomas Kremser will present a concert of classical and not-so-classical music to celebrate the renovation of the church pipe organ.
The pipe organ renovation was completed by organ-builder Robert Faucher of Biddeford, including a new console. Information regarding the particulars can be found at www.faucherorgan.com.
Thomas Kremser performs in concert with the Portland Brass Ensemble, a trumpet octet, as well as donating his talents to support the music programs of several local churches.
Warren King , originally from Revere, MA, where he played tuba in his high school marching band, has been an active church musician, accomplished at both piano and organ, since his teens. Currently he is Music Director at Christ Church in Kennebunk, Maine, where he accompanies worship services and directs the choir.
