The Opportunity Sovereign Earth is seeking two licensed, sales-driven beauty professionals to join us for the grand opening of our brand-new luxury retail boutique on Route 1 this June.

Our brand is built on "earth-driven" botanical purity and high-performance mineral pigments, providing a luxury experience for those seeking non-toxic, artisan-crafted beauty. Because our items are high-end, artisanal products, we offer a highly competitive 10% commission on top of your hourly base pay—perfect for a motivated professional who loves to sell and thrives on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Artisan Consultations & Application: Expertly guide customers through shade-matching and botanical skin education, performing professional on-face makeup applications and consults.
• Boutique Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations autonomously, including opening/closing, maintaining a pristine luxury aesthetic, and executing flawless customer service.
• Sales & Operations: Confidently process transactions via Square, drive retail goals, and manage end-of-day sales reporting.
• Brand Advocacy: Enthusiastically represent our clean-beauty mission to both our local community and seasonal visitors.

Requirements

• Active Maine License in Cosmetology or Esthetics (Strictly Required). * Proven track record in retail sales, beauty consulting, or counter management.
• A self-starter who loves working independently and is highly motivated by sales goals and commission incentives.
• Genuine passion for natural ingredients, holistic wellness, and clean beauty.
• Availability: A reliable 3-day work week, which must include weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays).
