Bradbury Brothers Market is seeking dependable, hardworking team members to assist with stocking, merchandising, and daily store operations in our busy community market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store for our customers.

Depending on the shift, responsibilities may include unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, rotating product, filling displays, and maintaining store appearance throughout the day. Associates may also have opportunities for cross-training in cashiering and deli/sub shop operations based on age and experience.

Customer service is an important part of this role. We are looking for team members who are friendly, reliable, and willing to assist customers whenever needed.

Responsibilities:

• Unload and organize deliveries
• Stock, face, and rotate merchandise throughout the store
• Maintain clean, organized shelves and displays
• Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Support overall store operations as needed
• Cross-train in additional departments when applicable

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-player attitude with good communication skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and stock products throughout the shift
• Must be at least 17 years old for certain cross-trained positions
