Lucarelli Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to support Kennebunkport’s premier dining destinations. This full-time, year-round position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Position Overview:
The Operations Manager will primarily serve in a floor manager capacity, actively supporting daily service and maintaining high standards in guest relations, staff support, and service execution. This role will also assist with nightly closing procedures, ensuring smooth transitions and secure operations at the end of each day.

This position does have multi-tiered interviewing

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a visible leader on the restaurant floor during service
• Assist with day-to-day operations and team coordination
• Oversee and execute nightly closing procedures, including team checkouts and end-of-day reporting
• Support a professional, motivated, and guest-focused team culture
• Uphold company standards in hospitality, cleanliness, and safety

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Professional, calm, and solutions-oriented under pressure
