WAKE UP MAMA – AN ALLMAN BROTHERS TRIBUTE BAND

Wake Up Mama, a tribute to the Allman Brothers Band, founded in 2022 in Portland, Maine, is made up of virtuoso musicians who are diehard Allman Brothers fans. Since forming, the band has regularly sold out numerous venues, including Portland House of Music, Vinegar Hill Music Theatre, and Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club, as well as drawing thousands to various festivals.

This all-star band includes:

Max Sullivan – slide guitar and vocals
Tom Douglas – guitar and vocals
Jeff Glidden – drums
Kevin Roy – bass
Marc Kaplan – percussion
Kevin Roper – keys and vocals
Chris Dow – drums
Charlie Bonnin – vocals
They perform many Allman Brothers gems, including “Whipping Post,” “Jessica,” and “Revival,” along with a few notorious deep cuts.

Wake Up Mama has chosen to make this performance a benefit for the Immigration Legal Advocacy Project (ILAP) in memory of Johan Sebastián Guerrero, who called Maine home.

A portion of all ticket sales will be donated to ILAP, and representatives from the organization will be at the barn throughout the evening to share information about their work and welcome additional donations from those who wish to contribute.
