SUSHI MAKING CLASS

Sunday, April 30th at 2pm at Earth at Hidden Pond

In anticipation of our Summer opening, Rosella KPT Chef Matt Kramer is hosting an intimate sushi making class at Earth at Hidden Pond. Sip miso soup while Chef Kramer shares his vast knowledge on the history of sushi dishes and demonstrates the proper way to break down a fish, wash your sushi rice, and safe knife cuts. Roll up your sleeves and work alongside Chef Kramer to create your own duo of sushi rolls and one nigiri, and enjoy tastes of exclusive sparkling and orange wines.

Take home your sushi mat, cutting board, and knife to continue your adventures in sushi making at home.

*Class is open to adults 21 years of age or older. Proper ID is required at door.
