Sushi Made Simple

Sushi may seem mysterious and exotic but making great sushi at home is something anyone can do. Join this fun, hands-on adventure into the art of sushi rolling, led by Carol Steingart of Coast Encounters. Participants will choose from a wide assortment of sushi fillings, making it fun to customize your own rolls to eat during class. After you have eaten your fill of sushi, enjoy a special dessert made with sea vegetables! Everyone will receive a bamboo mat to roll their own sushi and bring home afterwards. No fish will be served; this class is vegan-friendly. Children ages 12 and older are welcomed to register with a registered adult.
