Let's honor Sharon Staz! Sharon was the former KLPD director & a longtime Chamber volunteer.
One of the many ways Sharon gave back to this community was by buying backpacks every August & stuffing them full of school supplies. Then she'd label them with the grade level & put them in a bin under the Little Pantry.
To honor Sharon, we have created the Sharon Staz Free School Supplies Day. This event will be held from 10am-2pm on Aug. 18 at the Chamber.
On this day, anyone in need can come & pick up free school supplies. Everything will be first come first served.
If you'd like to get involved, we are looking for donations of either funds or school supplies. All can be dropped off at the Chamber by Aug. 15. Thank you!
