come unwind at Frinklepod Farm and enjoy a relaxing afternoon of restorative yoga and flower picking.

begin the evening feeling grounded and clear with a one hour restorative yoga class next to the garden. practitioners of all levels are welcome. bring a mat, water, pillows + blankets.

BYO container for an arrangement to take home. scissors will be provided by the farm.

pick your own flowers will run 5:15 - 6, class will start at 6P. we recommend layers + bug spray.
