Join us for a cooking class exploring the bounty of the long-awaited Spring.
Our Chefs will guide you through the process of preparing a wonderful multi-course meal. Then you get to sit down and enjoy the delicious food that was created during the class!
Menu items include a Spring Vegetable Salad, Ramp & Potato Soup, Salmon with Crispy Broccoli, and Rhubarb & Raspberry Tart.
Proceeds raised from ticket sales and donations on this night will go to our mission.
