We will begin with a warm-up to prepare the body and mind, do various strength building drills, and break down the foundational poses such as downward facing dog and dolphin—which is where our inversion practice begins. We will examine shoulderstand, different variations of headstand, and forearm stand, and how we can utilize props to help us find balance. This workshop will allow you to gain the stability and confidence to balance upside down.
