Free Online Series: Estate Planning for Busy Families

This is the first of a free series on Estate Planning by Attorney Erin Sherman of Treehouse Legal. This session will focus on the basics of estate planning for families. It is intended to be a perfect starting point if you want to protect your family with an estate plan but have no idea where to start.

The session will cover what an estate plan is, what is typically included in a plan, how to provide for children, and the difference between a Will and a Trust. The session will run for 45 minutes with 15 minutes saved at the end for questions.
