Imagine yourself at a long, full table, covered in white linen, candles and an abundance of wine glasses. The snow outside adds to the cozy atmosphere. The fire inside sets the mood for a perfect night to enjoy outstanding cuisine and great conversation.

This is the Earth Pop-up Dinner: Tuscan Table

Join the Executive Chef of Earth at Hidden Pond for a special “Tuscan Table” style pop-up dinner. Chef Walker and his team will bring the best of seasonal farm-to-table dishes, as well as “sneak peak” tastes of what’s to come for the spring season.

This four course meal will feature dishes inspired by Mediterranean and New American cusines. Dinner includes full wine parings, tax and gratuity.

***Please note: “Tuscan Table” refers to the communal style of seating that will be central to the dining experience. Guests to the pop-up dinner will have the exclusive experience of tasting what Chef Walker and his team are testing for the upcoming 2016 spring and summer season.
