bloom: a wellness gathering

In partnership with The Fifth Om, join us for a day focused on holistic wellness featuring yoga, meditation, mini spa sessions, healthy foods and more. Bloom was designed to restore, refresh, and present simple ways to care for oneself. The day promises awakening and renewal, aligning with spring’s arrival. Attendees are invited to participate in a yoga practice to start their day. Learning sessions on relevant topics will be presented, followed by mini spa sessions featuring foot soaks, reflexology, energy work, and chair massage. Meditations will be woven into the day’s curriculum, reinforcing the power of breath and creating a gentle transition between activities. A healthy lunch including fresh, local foods, herbal teas, and more will be provided. Participants can peruse education stations for more information and to purchase wellness products over the course of the day. We’ll wind down with a closing yoga session, then move into social time with live music and refreshments. Pre-registration is limited to 20 participants and includes a VIP welcome bag of wellness essentials.
