Based in the principles of Chinese Medicine and the time of year, Meghann will give a brief overview of what Chinese medicine is as it pertains to Yin yoga and then you will be guided through a 90 minute Yin yoga sequence designed to allow your energy to flow for summer. Class will include acupressure points and lots of hands on assists. While Yin is a slow paced, mostly done on the floor type of yoga you will leave this workshop feeling your muscles elongated and stretched and your energy refreshed and ready for the season ahead.
