Our main entrance is located on the BACK side of the building! Bear RIGHT when entering the complex and take the far right paved driveway to the backside of the building.
Reform Physical Therapy is an independently and Maine-owned outpatient practice that focuses on treating the individual as a whole, not just the injury. Don't neglect your health, Reform it!
Our licensed therapists treat only in a one-on-one setting, allowing them to best familiarize themselves with each patient's unique limitations and goals. Therapeutic massage, sports rehabilitation, neuromuscular re-education, sports-related concussion management, Home Exercise Programs, Dry Needling, Cupping therapy, the Graston technique, athletic taping, SFMA, and balance assessments are just some of the services and techniques offered. Patients of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels are welcome to achieve their goals in Reform's unintimidating and motivating environment.
Complimentary pain, injury, and fall screenings are available daily.
We are In Network with most major insurance carriers, including but not limited to: AARP, Aetna, Anthem BC/BS, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim, Humana, MCHO, MaineCare, Medicare, Tricare, United Health Care, and the VA!
We also have clinics located in Eliot, Yarmouth, Freeport, Brunswick, and Topsham, ME.
