Our payroll service is straight forward. We take care of everything from start to finish. You provide the hours (either via email, phone, fax or our online portal), we run the payroll, create the checks, calculate the taxes, handle direct deposits and manage all the reporting. We escrow all of your federal and state taxes each payroll, so you don't need to come up with a large sum of money at the end of the quarter. We make the tax payments on your behalf and file the state and federal quarterly 941 returns for you. At year end, we prepare and file W2s and all associated year end paperwork. In addition, Paper Trails offers automated timekeeping, workers' compensation administration, payroll debit cards and more!
