Mainely Primary Care (MPC) is a membership-based Direct Primary Care practice serving patients of all ages throughout Southern Maine. Our mission is simple: provide quality healthcare that is affordable, accessible, and convenient.

Members enjoy unlimited primary care visits, direct access to their provider, same- or next-day appointments when available, and longer, unhurried visits—all for a predictable monthly fee. We have both male and female providers, care for patients from childhood through adulthood, and never require long-term contracts.

MPC also includes most commonly prescribed generic medications at no additional cost to members, helping reduce out-of-pocket healthcare expenses.

For employers, MPC can be especially valuable for employees who lack health insurance or have high-deductible plans. The membership provides affordable, predictable access to primary care, helping employees address health concerns early, stay healthier, and avoid costly urgent care and emergency room visits.
