About Us

The Louis T. Graves Memorial Public Library is located in the heart of Kennebunkport. It holds over 37,000 volumes, DVDs, Audiobooks, magazines, newspapers, reference materials, wireless and public Internet access, Business Center (for computer use, notary service, fax, scan, copy, and working privately or meeting with colleagues), and a Book Store. The Library is open to the public 42 hours per week (year-round). Vacationers are welcome to join the Library on a temporary basis ($20) and access all materials while visiting the area. The Community Room is large enough to host 100 people (seated) for lectures, movies, parties, memorials, etc. The entire facility is considered a commons where people meet, attend lectures, children's programs, and get what they need in terms of literature, movies, and current news.
