our everyday lives include a lot of sitting, commuting and looking at screens which can cause a great amount of tension and compression in the shoulders. in this workshop you will learn how to mobilize and strengthen your shoulders to avoid injury + release tension. you will move through mobility + strength drills as well as poses to open up the area around the shoulders and upper back.
