DESCRIPTION:GA Seated: $25 Advance | $35 Door\n\nDoors 7pm | Show 8pm\n\n \n\nAs you may have seen\, last year saw a resurgence for U2 and their fans with a new 40-song album on the shelves\, and their highly anticipated residency in Las Vegas at The Sphere. Our band covers decades of hits as well as some "deep cuts" with a song list that runs approximately 3 hours. In line with most musical tributes in Maine\, we do not play dress up\, and we are not imitating the mannerisms of the band members. We love that stuff as well\, but we're merely four U2 fans that have a deep love for playing the music\, and we play it really well! Our aim is to capture the sonic experience of a U2 show.\n\n \n\nOn many occasions\, after seeing our show\, attendees have approached us genuinely in shock. They have told us they were able to close their eyes\, and imagine for one night\, U2 came to our home state. That is the highest compliment we can get\, and it is the main goal of our shows.\n\n \n\n"Saw Slane - U2 Tribute Band last weekend in Portland and my expectations were met 10 fold. Some tribute bands rely on optics to celebrate an artist\, which to me is an easy way out\, but Slane's recreation of the unmistakable sound of U2 was mind blowing. Close your eyes and listen and I'd be skeptical to anyone who could tell the difference. Go see and more importantly LISTEN to this band!" - Jim Zaroulis
