Spat Oyster Cellar
Spat Oyster Cellar is the new seafood & oyster bar from famed Chef Rebecca Charles, owner of New York's legendary Pearl Oyster Bar. Spat (the name for a baby oyster) is based on NY oyster cellars of the 1800s. The menu, similar to Pearl's, also has roast meats, fried chicken and The Spat Carpet Bagger Steak Sandwich. There is a full bar with cocktail menu, a stone terrace for warm days and a fireplace for chilly Maine nights! In 2017 Pearl Kennebunk Beach, a 130-seat dining room, will open upstairs.
Two entrances, Route 35 or Route 9, both just before the intersection leading to Dock Square.
